Salamanders, and fish, and guppies, oh my!
Joanna and Ed Rogers visited the Inn last week with a Girls' Camp. Joanna loves things that creep, crawl and fly. She brought an aquarium with three chrysalises-- one that hatch while they were here. This little guy pictured took quite a bit of time for Joanna to get into a net-- a Tiger Salamander or "Potato" Salamander, named such because they especially prefer to live in the muddy, dark water of Idaho's irrigation canals. ATV Rides Galore... for everyone!
Deb is from Montana. Her sister Donna is from Nevada. Inseparable. They decided to meet in the middle-- somewhere they could spend four days on ATV's with their husbands. (Twin Falls was technically the mid-point, but their internet search said recreation opp's were even more abundant in Southeast Idaho. And, that is what brought them to the Inn.)
